With the retirement of Dr. James S. Spangler, O.D, his associate, Jeffrey E. Also available to take on new patients is Elizabeth Peterson, O.D. who joined Spangler & Moore in the practice in May, 2017. She graduated with honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2007. She has more than 12 years of diverse experience. Our office offers ample parking in the municipal lot directly adjacent to and behind the Warr-Penn Building. There is a handicap ramp accessible by using the side door in the small driveway between the yellow Sill House and the Warr-Penn Building. The office building is smoke-free. Services include functional vision and eye health assessments for patients from infancy to senior citizens. The dining room, the first room upon entering the club, seats up to 100 people at 15 tables, has a fireplace, and also has a lounge area with multiple couches and chairs, all in decorative vintage-style design. The Conewango Club Ballroom is the second floor, a gorgeous versatile room perfect for wedding receptions, dancing, and many other events. It accommodates 20 tables, seating up to 180. The Oak Room is the basement of the Conewango Club and features oak tables, a bar, and TVs. The room also offers a pool table and an adjacent bowling alley. With a relaxed atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for an after dinner drink or nightcap.

Oneida Lumber has been a staple in the Warren community since the early 1800’s. Our location was originally used to store logs before floating them down the Allegheny River. It then became the Witmore Sash, Door, and Blind Company in the mid 1800’s. By the early 1900’s it would come to be known as United Lumber. Milling, lumber and hand unloading building materials off railcars made United Lumber a huge part of Warrens’ Development. By 1970 Oneida Lumber was established as a full service home center. In 1983 Ace Hardware was added bringing the best name in hardware to the business. In 1991 the Oneida team began their journey in the stove and fireplace business offering only the best in quality and customer service. On October 1st 2010 Oneida Hearth and Hot Tubs was established. This addition offers a new 4300sqf showroom that displays a wide variety of fireplaces, stoves, hot tubs and accessories. NFI Certified staff.

Placed on the national register of historic places in 1976 due to its unique architecture and dedicated craftsmanship, Hazeltine has since been meticulously restored to its original 1907 grandeur. Upon entering you will immediately get a sense of being in an old world European home. The dark tiger oak woodwork throughout, stained glass, iron woodwork, relief plaster, coffered ceilings and antiques set the stage.

Warren, PA’s group of radio stations owned by Radio Partners. LLC commands the radio waves in the Warren, PA – Jamestown, NY areas. WRRN, FM, signed on the air in March 1948, as the sister station of AM station, WNAE, that had signed on after World War II had ended, and the FCC began to issue licenses to radio stations. WRRN/WNAE is licensed to Warren, PA, but also serves the Jamestown, NY area. Originally WRRN FM had effective radiated power of 3,000 watts. By the 70s, the station would increase its power to 26,000 watts and by the 80s, 50,000 watts that can transmit their programs to be heard not only in Warren and surrounding areas and Jamestown, NY, but beyond to almost Erie, PA to the north and to Clarion, PA to the south. Today WRRN, 92.3 FM’s format is “classic rock & roll hitsof the 60s, 70’s & 80’s” and WNAE,1310 AM has become News Talk 96.7 FM whose format is “talk radio.” In 1995, WKNB, Kinzua Country 104 (104.3 FM) was added to the group by then owners of Kibco Radio and now owned by Radio Partners, LLC. Today’s WKNB, 104.3’s format is “Hot Country Music.” Kibcoradio keeps its listeners up-to-date on local news, weather, events and happenings around the area.
